You really gotta try these Cantonese ones (#鳳爪) though before you can judge xD Honestly, I wasn’t a big fan of the taste from the Vietnamese version and I am too lazy to use my fingers anyway but these Cantonese braised dim sum chicken feet were quite nice!

The process to make these takes a while: First you boil them, then you deep fry them, then marinate and let them soak and last but not least you braise or steam them. You don’t need to use your hand to eat them as the skin/meat easily falls off the bone and it’s full of flavor! In general, if you like chicken skin then you will probably like this but if you don’t then you might want to sit this one out😅
