Lahmacun, also referred to as Turkish Pizza is a dough topped with minced meat (most commonly beef or lamb), minced vegetables and herbs including onions, tomatoes and parsley, and spices such as cayenne pepper, paprika, cumin and cinnamon and then baked

For the spread: Put just the vegetables together into a food processor or a blender, turn it on.

Add other ingredients and mix everything together. It is supposed to be a bit juicy, if it is not add some water, oil.

Cook them in preheated oven 175 degrees for 15 minutes.

Take 2 tsp of the mix and expand it on each tortilla bread, Trick: The top of the tortillas should be as thin as possible and expanded everywhere except the edges

Top it with tomatoes, onions, cabbage and lemon juice. Thats all! Enjoy!
